The hernia sac contained the sigmoid colon and was difficult to reduce.<\/p><p data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"526\">Following clinical and imaging assessment, a robotic transperitoneal approach was indicated\u2014 a modern, minimally invasive technique offering significant benefits for the patient.<\/p><p data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"838\">The surgical procedure was performed on April 4 at Sf. Constantin Hospital in Bra\u0219ov, under general anesthesia, with a duration of approximately 45 minutes. During the intervention, a Medtronic Tect ADP2 mesh was used, providing optimal coverage of the defect and significantly reducing the risk of recurrence.<\/p><p data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"1045\">A major advantage of robotic surgery is the fixation of the mesh using sutures to the musculature, which contributes to reduced postoperative pain compared to the use of absorbable or non-absorbable tacks.<\/p><p data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1175\">The postoperative course was favorable, and the patient was discharged 24 hours after surgery, fully ambulatory and independent.<\/p><p data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1353\">Robotic surgery represents a modern and effective solution for recurrent hernias, offering enhanced precision, faster recovery, and a lower risk of complications or recurrence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t        <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        \t\t        <\/div>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\t\t        <section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c99f722 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c99f722\" data-element_type=\"section\">\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t        <div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\" >\r\n\t\t        <div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2b854d9\" data-id=\"2b854d9\" data-element_type=\"column\">\r\n        <div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\r\n                        \t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7244f4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"7244f4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<style>\/*!
